The 0×00000019 error on Windows systems is due to a fault in the NTFS file system. The NTFS file system is now standard in all recent versions of Windows and has replaced the outgoing FAT32 file system. NTFS (New Technology File System) is the way the hard drive is structured within Windows, it allows more efficient use of disk space and gets the most out of the hard drive. A problem is the file system is not uncommon, especially on older systems.
