OPXPapp.exe errors are extremely common & are a part of the Softex OmniPass application – a secure sign-in and and password management application. This program is a third-party application and is not an essential part of Windows… however, it often causes a myriad of different errors, which often show when your PC boots.
When you start your Windows computer you may receive this error message:
“OPXPApp.exe – Application Error
The Application Failed To Initialize Properly (Oxc0000142). Click On OK To Terminate Application”.
